How do I track a match?

Open the Padel Platform app on your Apple Watch, select your match format (Regular or Americano), select/enter players, and start tracking. Tap the screen to record points for each team.

Can I use the app without an Apple Watch?

Currently, match tracking requires an Apple Watch. However, you can view match history, statistics, and highlights on padelplatform.app from any device.

How do I connect to a Court+ camera or scoreboard?

The watch will automatically scan for nearby Court+ devices via Bluetooth. Just make sure the camera or scoreboard is powered on...

Where are my match videos stored?

Videos are securely stored in the cloud. You can access them from the match details page on padelplatform.app. Videos are associated with your account and remain available as long as your account is active.

How do I make a match public or private?

You can change the visibility of any match from the match details page. Public matches appear in the Public Matches section and can be viewed by anyone. Private matches are only visible to you or anyone with the direct link.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your Profile page or from within the Padel Platform iOS app. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion and processed by our team within 30 days. During this period you can cancel the request by signing in again.
